We have found that a minimum commitment of 12 weeks is optimal for creating the foundations, habits, and lifestyle routines tailored to you while achieving a JAW DROPPING transformation
Having access to the gym/equipment is needed as building muscle/body recomposition requires specific tools to create the response we want
We require a commitment of 3 weight sessions per week to achieve your physique goals. We have found any less can be hard to get the desired outcome.
Some experience is required, yes; if you do not have any, I would recommend working with an in-person PT to start your journey.
Don't worry, we will get a list of the foods that you ENJOY and DISLIKE and create a tailored meal plan including all the foods you like with a structure that suits your lifestyle REMEMBER EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY TAILORED TO YOU
